Ordering
Via the Webshop
You can easily create an account in our webshop. After registration, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your personal login details (please check your spam folder if necessary). Within 1 to 2 working hours, your account will be linked to the correct pricing and customer group, after which you can start ordering online right away.
By Email
Prefer to order by email? Send your order to info@asha.eu and always clearly state the billing and delivery address, as well as the article codes and quantities. This helps avoid misunderstandings and allows us to process your order efficiently.
By Phone or Fax
We are available by phone on working days from 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT +1) at +31 10 467 67 47. You can also fax your order to +31 10 467 71 23. Outside office hours, you may leave a voicemail message; we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
If you place your order before 15:00, it will be shipped the same business day. We usually ship with DHL, PostNL, and Keendelivery. For urgent deliveries or international shipping, we will choose the most suitable carrier in consultation with you. Letterbox-sized mail is sent via PostNL.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to schedule a backorder or arrange a partial delivery if preferred.

- Please note: it is not possible to pay by card at the door, so ensure you have enough cash available.
Pickup Point Rotterdam
You may also collect your order in person by appointment at Asha International in Rotterdam.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Would you like to change or cancel an order? Please contact us by phone as soon as possible at +31 10 467 67 47. Have your invoice number and customer number ready so we can process your request immediately. For valid cancellations, we will refund the full purchase amount. If you paid via iDEAL or made an advance payment, the amount will be refunded within five working days. For credit card payments, processing may take up to three weeks.
